The Mount Sinai Queens team of fellowship-trained, board certified radiologists uses the latest technology to diagnose conditions in their earliest stages enabling our patients to be treated better and earlier than ever before. We offer the latest diagnostic equipment providing the most detailed anatomical detail at the lowest possible radiation levels. Tests are performed by skilled technologists and interpreted by fellowship trained, subspecialty radiologists who also serve on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
The same team of expert radiologists interprets studies for admitted patients as well as outpatients referred by their doctor to Mount Sinai Queens Imaging, located on the second floor of our new state-of-the-art Ambulatory Pavilion.

Cancer Imaging Expertise
Our board certified radiologists detect cancer using the most up-to-date screening tools and diagnostic testing.
Mount Sinai Queens now offers interventional radiology techniques to perform minimally invasive procedures utilizing image guidance. Using advanced imaging technology to view high-resolution pictures, our interventional radiologists navigate catheters (small tubes) through blood vessels and other structures in order to treat various conditions non-surgically, including some cancers, fibroids, as well as renal and liver disease.
