Take the N train toward Ditmars Boulevard, Queens (if you are north of 30th Avenue, take the N train toward Manhattan. Exit at 30th Avenue (also called Grand Avenue). Walk west on 30th Avenue. The Hospital is three and one-half blocks down on the left between 27th Street and Crescent Street, at 25-10 30th Avenue.

Take Queens Bus Q18 or Q102 to the stop at 30th Avenue and Crescent Street. The Hospital is between 27th Street and Crescent Street, at 25-10 30th Avenue.

Take the FDR Drive to the Triborough Bridge to the Grand Central Parkway. As the Triborough Bridge ends, stay to the right and exit at Astoria Boulevard and 31st Street.
