The Healthcare Professionals of Mount Sinai Queens

Not only does Mount Sinai Queens strive to be a great place to receive care, but also to be a great place to work and to practice medicine.  Our physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals form the foundation of this modern, community hospital.  Our staff combines expertise with compassion, and — with the academic and tertiary support of Mount Sinai Medical Center in Manhattan — is committed to meeting the needs of primary, preventive, emergency and essential acute-care services for the communities of western Queens.

More than 400 physicians and physician's assistants, represent 36 medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.  Our medical staff is dedicated to building and fostering an environment where the best of cutting-edge medicine is practiced along with old-fashioned values of putting the patient first.

Nursing Staff

Our registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nurse assistants, along with our nursing leadership, are at the heart of the hospital's patient care system.  At Mount Sinai Queens, our nursing staff members seek to build relationships with patients, combining interdisciplinary teamwork with knowledgeable, experienced care giving and innovative technology.
